Fly

Founded in 2012 in the United Kingdom, Fly is one of the newer brands in boxing but has quickly earned credibility in the British professional scene. The name comes from the Greek myth of Daedalus and Icarus, with Daedalus the legendary craftsman whose wings carried them out of captivity. The brand operates a two-tier production model. Premium and bespoke products including the Superloop 2 velcro flagship at $488 to $506, the Superlace 2 lace-up flagship at $447 to $465, the Superloop Lightning at $506, and the Halcyon Fight and KYO Fight gloves at $389 are handcrafted at the Fly UK headquarters in Essex with genuine leather sourced from European tanneries. The accessible Pro X 2 and X lines, which include the Superlace Pro X 2 and Superloop Pro X 2 at $221 plus the Superloop X around $166 to $221 and the Knight X and Superbar X headgear, are manufactured offshore at lower price points using engineered synthetic leather but the same Fly design philosophy. Fly has gained traction through adoption by UK pros including Daniel Dubois, Joe Cordina, Fabio Wardley, and Joe Joyce. Padding across the range is soft and protective, built for comfort over long sessions rather than the compact puncher feel of brands like Cleto Reyes. The premium UK-made tier draws comparisons to Winning for its pillowy feel. Availability outside the UK can be limited, and bespoke order lead times often run several weeks. For a brand barely over a decade old, the build quality and pro adoption are notable. Best known for: British-made premium tier with a soft Winning-style padding profile and a strong UK pro following. Country: United Kingdom. Price tier: Mid-Range to Premium.
